“OLN 2006 Million Dollar Slap Shot Sweepstakes”
NO PURCHASE OR ON-LINE USE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.

1. TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter for the grand prize drawing: 1) To enter online simply log on to www.olntv.com and register with OLN between 12:00am ET May 5, 2006 and 11:59pm ET June 7, 2006 (“Promotion Period”). For online entries, only an e-mail address subscribed to and registered in an entrant’s name may be used by such entrant. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet-access provider, an online-service provider or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 2) Alternatively, you may enter by hand printing your name, complete address (including zip code), daytime phone number, cable provider, name of participating store where you heard about this offer on a tear pad entry form available at participating locations or a 3”x 5” card and mailing it, postage prepaid, to: The Million Dollar Slap Shot Sweepstakes, Marlin Entertainment, 1771 Post Road East #326, Westport, CT 06880. Limit one entry per person, per household, per email address, per day. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 8, 2006 and received no later than June 15, 2006. No responsibility is assumed for viruses, technical, hardware, software or other online entry malfunctions of any kind or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entry for the sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to choose winner from all eligible entries received. Mutilated entries will not be accepted. Multiple or duplicate entries received will be disqualified. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not return or acknowledge receipt of entries. To enter the instant win game: Approximately 120 selected participating stores (“Participating Stores”) will each have a Million Dollar Slap Shot Sweepstakes display that will contain approximately 300 instant win hockey pucks (“Instant Win Hockey Pucks”) with a Game Booklet. Limit of one Instant Win Hockey Puck/Game Booklet per person during the Promotion Period. Instant Win Hockey Pucks/Game Booklets are only available while supplies last. The supply may run out before the end of the promotion period. To see if you are an instant winner open the Game Booklet which is attached to the Instant Win Hockey Puck. If the Game Booklet states that you are an instant winner then send by certified mail (return receipt requested) the original Game Booklet and a 3” x 5” piece of paper with your name, address, date of birth, daytime telephone number and the retail location and address at which you obtained your Game Booklet to: Marlin Entertainment, 1720 Post Road East, Suite 131, Westport, CT 06880. Game Booklet must be postmarked by 6/8/06 and received by 6/15/06. It is recommended that you retain a photocopy of the original special notifications for your records. All prize claims are subject to verification. Following verification of a prize claim, the winners will be notified. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of May 5, 2006. Sweepstakes not open to employees, and their families, of Sponsor, Administrator, the NHL Entities, Participating Stores, Sponsor’s Advertisers, Sponsor’s Cable Affiliates or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, participating sponsor or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes (collectively the “Affiliated Parties”). Current or former professional or semi-professional hockey players or coaches, college varsity hockey players or coaches who have played or coached at that level in the past five (5) years, Junior A (Major or Minor), B, or C hockey players or coaches who have played or coached at that level in the past five (5) years and individuals who have played or organized recreation-league hockey teams in the past five years are also not eligible. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. RANDOM DRAWING FOR GRAND PRIZE CHANCE: Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 1, 2006 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning the grand prize drawing will depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, email or phone at the address/number provided.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner will receive a single slap shot try for a chance to win one million dollars ($1,000,000). This cash prize to be paid as an annuity over a 30 year period ($33,330 per year for 30 years). Slap shot try to be conducted at a pro hockey rink chosen at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The eligible participant (“Participant”) will not be permitted any practice, warm-up, or qualifying shots. The Participant, using an NHL-regulation hockey stick must strike one NHL-regulation hockey puck (or one of equivalent specifications) a distance of ninety (90) feet, causing it to pass COMPLETELY through a hole in a designated, secured target template. The hole in the target template will measure no more than 5 inches across and be stationary. From the moment control of the puck is released to the Participant until the Participant’s hockey stick last touches the puck, both the puck and Participant must remain at least ninety (90) feet from the hole in the target template. Puck cannot make contact with any surface or obstacle other than the hockey stick, ice and target hole once the puck has been hit by the Participant. Banked shots are not allowed. Failure or disregard of any of the above shall relieve Sponsor, Administrator and Affiliated Parties of any and all liability hereunder and no prize will be awarded. Slap shot try will occur between August 1, 2006 and November 30, 2006 at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. One (1) second prize winner will receive one (1) Fifteen Hundred ($1,500) certificate redeemable for authentic signed hockey memorabilia as provided by Steiner Sports (ARV: $1,500). One (1) third prize winner will receive one (1) 26” Sharp LCD/HDTV television set (ARV: $1,200). There will be a total of 120 instant game winners. The instant game winners will receive a Fifteen Hundred ($1,500) certificate redeemable for authentic signed hockey memorabilia as provided by Steiner Sports (ARV: $1,500). Odds of being an instant winner are 1:300. No warranty or guarantee will be given by Sponsor, Administrator, the NHL Entities or other Affiliated Parties with respect to any prize. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturer's or service provider’s terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. All winners will be sent an affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release. This affidavit must be signed, notarized and received by Sponsor within 10 days of winner notification, or the prize package will be deemed forfeited.

5. GENERAL: Prize is nontransferable, and substitution is not allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, related to a prize are the responsibility of the individual winner. Sponsor, the NHL Entities and Administrator make no representation about the condition or fitness of any part of the prizes. Prize will not be awarded until affidavit of publicity and release forms are completed and returned. An additional statement of eligibility and execution of certain release forms may be required prior to the award of the prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission of winner to use his/her name, voice and likeness/image for promotional advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by Sponsor, Administrator, the NHL Entities and other Affiliated Parties without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sponsor, Administrator, the NHL Entities and the other Affiliated Parties are not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, destroyed, incorrect, postage due, delayed or misdirected entries. Sponsor, Administrator, the NHL Entities and the other Affiliated Parties are not responsible for computer, telephone, cable network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, or garbled or jumbled transmissions. Sponsor, Administrator and Affiliated Parties are not responsible for Internet/web site/use, net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or for any damage to user’s system occasioned by participating in the sweepstakes or downloading any necessary information. By participating in this sweepstakes and/or by accepting the prize, entrants, winner and guest release and forever discharge Sponsor, Administrator, the NHL Entities and the other Affiliated Parties and their respective parents, shareholders, partners, interest holders, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, authorized representatives, employees, advertising agencies from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, for personal injury, damage, loss or death, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy and merchandise/prize delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to delivery cancellations, delays or other interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise failing to abide by these Official Rules.

6. NAME OF THE WINNER: For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: OLN, Million Dollar Slap Shot Sweepstakes Winner List, 281 Tresser Boulevard, Two Stamford Plaza, Stamford CT, 06901 before July 31, 2006.
