The Goal
Create a program that will increase customer subscription and acquisition.

The Execution
Customer service representatives at various cable systems signed up new subscribers with a unique incentive program. Marlin created a low cost and highly effective phone card promotion that bolstered the performance of all participating customer service representatives and that garnered new customer acquisition.

Results Recap
A post-promotion survey revealed that 65% of customer service representatives recruited customers they would not have otherwise acquired.
